Mini cordless whisk will give you great results in all sorts of mixture, and is intended for light applications. It can easily and rapidly beat egg whites. Also great for creams, mayonnaise, pancake batter etc...
On this model it is not possible to remove Whisks for cleaning. Start by removing the batery and rinse the whisks under running water, never use jet spray guns motor can sustain serious damages by splashing water passing thru ventilations slots. To clean you can also place the whisk into clear water and start the machine for few seconds.
